摘要本课题是对气电保护小直径环缝焊专用焊机(以下简称“专用焊机”)的研究设计。本文根据专用焊机的设计要求,分析了专用焊机的工作原理,选用了较为合理的电动机、选用了减速器的结构并进行具体设计及传动件的校核、选用了合理的末端传动方式并进行设计、选用了合理的送丝机构,自行设计了焊炬与送丝机构的调节装置以及固定工件用的工作台。本次课题在设计、计算、校核的基础上又手工绘制了专用焊机的总体尺寸联系图、减速器装配图,调节装置装配图、工作台装配图、以及部分关键零件的零件图。49020
本次课题重点是对传动部分的研究设计,由于焊接过程中对工件的转速要求非常严格,所以传动部分的设计成为了重中之重,首先要考虑减速问题,由于电机的转速远大于工作台转速,所以要求设计一个具有跟大减速比的减速器,另外工作台与减速器输出轴的传动方法也是一个要求苛刻的环节。在总体设计方案的基础上,综合各方面因素选择了较为合理的传动方法。

Abstract This topic is for small gas protection small diameter welding special welding machine tank (hereinafter referred to as "special welding machine") of the study design. In this paper, according to the design requirements of special welding machine, analyses the working principle of special welding machine, choose the more reasonable the motor, choose the gear reducer and concrete structure design and drive a check, choose the reasonable way at the end of the drive and the reasonable design, selection of wire institutions, to design the welding torch and wire institutions and adjusting device fixed workpiece with workbench. This topic in the design, calculation, check again on the foundation of special welding machine manual mapped the overall size of the contact figure, reducer assembly drawing, adjusting device assembly drawing, the assembly drawing, and some of the key parts of the drawing.
This topic is on the transmission part on the study design, because the welding process on the speed required is very strict in China, so the design of the transmission part became the top priority, first to consider slowing a problem, because motor speed far outweigh the workbench speed, so the requirement to design a to the slowdown is than the speed reducer, gear reducer bay and the other of output shaft transmission method is also a requirement of the harsh link. In the overall design scheme, and on the basis of comprehensive factors chose reasonable transmission method.
