摘要随着社会的发展,环境污染问题和柴油机性能问题一直困扰着柴油机发展的研 究人员。为了将柴油机电控喷油参数进行优化,各式各样的方法被相关人士加以研 究运用。随着计算机技术的高速发展,一些新的方法不停出现。此时,响应面法(RSM)进入了人们的视野。响应面法(RSM)是以统计学和数学为核心,通过近似 方程模拟的优化方法。在运用该方法的基础上来获取输入因素值的近似曲线从而取 得最佳响应值,也就是获取最优化方案。 83509
本文主要根据给定的 ESC 工况试验数据,利用响应面技术,以喷油压力、主预 喷间隔角、喷油正时为试验因子,油耗、Soot 和 NOx 排放的质量流量为响应参数。 选取试验数据来研究,得到试验参数与响应参数之间的多元二次响应面预测模型, 然后改良其参数,得到最佳参数组合。 本文作为以响应面法为优化方法,对柴油机电控喷油参数进行优化研究和设计。
于此同时,本文探究了柴油机发展过程中面临的局限和问题,了解了柴油机发展现 状。本文进行的分析研究,为柴油机喷油参数优化的课题提供了相应参考,对柴油 机发展中的问题研究有着一定的帮助。

In this paper, according to the given conditions ESC test data, response surface techniques to injection pressure, the main pre-injection interval angle, injection timing is factor test, fuel mass flow, Soot and NOx emissions in response to the argument。 Select the test data to study, get a multiple quadratic response surface model predictive test parameters and response parameters, and then improve its parameters to obtain the best combination of parameters。
