摘要柴油机箱体是柴油机的基础零件。一方面将柴油机固定在底盘或支架上,另一方面将其的一些轴、套、轴承和齿轮等有关运动部件装配起来,使其保持正确的相互位置关系,以传递转矩或改变转速来完成规定的运动。故箱体的加工质量对柴油机的工作精度、使用性能和寿命都有直接的影响。对于柴油机这样的箱体类零件,大批量生产时,采用组合机床往往可以事半功倍。
本课题主要解决的问题是柴油机机体工艺规程设计、钻削组合机床总体设计和夹具设计,中心是围绕组合机床设计,重点是夹具三维设计。组合机床总体设计思路如下:首先完成工艺方案制定,然后按照工艺方案确定机床配置型式,选择好通用部件,设计专用部件和工作循环的控制系统。组合机床设计时要绘制“三图一卡”,即柴油机机体的加工工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸总图和编制生产率计算卡等。60818
夹具设计,包括夹具结构设计和夹具的总装图进行了绘制。分析计算出夹紧工件所需的夹紧力,以此为依据,选定合适的油缸型号。接着利用Solidworks 完成夹具各零件三维造型并组装成装配体,从而确定夹具操作的可行性。

Title Modular machine tool to drill a diesel engine facade 12 hole and its fixture design
Abstract
Diesel engine box is the foundation parts of the diesel engine. On the one hand it used to fix the diesel engine to the chassis or frame, on the other hand it used to assemble the shaft, sleeve, bearings and gears and other moving parts to maintain the correct position relationship of each other and transmit torque or changing the rotational speed to complete the required movement.So, the processing quality of the box has a direct impact on the diesel engine working precision, performance and life. When diesel engine boxs are producted in mass, it would be effctive and precisive if modular machine tools to be used.
The main topic addressed is diesel engine box process planning, drilling modular machine tools overall design and fixture design, the center work is built around the modular machine tool design,yet the focus is three-dimensional design of fixture. Modular machine tools overall design ideas are as follows: firstly, we should complete the program development process; then, determine the machine configuration type according to the process scheme, choose the general components and design special parts and duty cycle control system. When we design the modular machine, it need to draw out the "three figure a card", such as diesel engine box machinical process diagram, schematic processing, machine cntact size chart and preparing productivity calculation.
Fixture design,it need carry out the structural design of fixture and draw out the assembly drawings. Then analyze and calculate the clamping force of clamping the workpiece, select the appropriate oil cylinder type.And using Solidworks to bulid the three—dimensional model of fixture parts and assemble fixture parts to ensure the feasibility of the operation of the fixture.
