摘要薄壁不锈钢管是我国近年发展起来的高档次新颖建筑材料,应用广泛,同时以卡压式连接为主的施工工艺也得到广泛应用。卡压式连接顾名思义就是采用外力把管材与管件卡压变形,然后靠内部的橡胶圈来起到密封作用,从而使连接部位不漏水。设计主要结合现有的设计理念,在符合设计要求的前提下,设计时不锈钢管的卡压装置机架整体上主要采用了钢板焊接闭式结构,这种结构制造方便无需大型加工设备,并且,选材主要使用了45号钢等常用材料,使用钢板焊接的加工工艺,因而,生产工艺性较好,一般机械厂均能制造。设计中主要使用了CAD、Pro/E等工程制图软件,使用了Pro/E软件进行三维仿真。49496
