摘要机床夹具是机床上用以装夹工件(和引导刀具)的一种装置。其作用是将工件定位,以使工件获得相对于机床和刀具的正确位置,并把工件可靠地夹紧。套筒零件是机械加工中常见的一种零件,在各类机械中应用很广,主要起支承或导向作用。如支承旋转轴的各种形式的滑动轴承、夹具上引导刀具的导向套、内燃机气缸套、液压系统中的液压缸及一般用途的套筒,由于其功用不同,套筒类零件的结构尺寸有着很大的差异。由于零件一般体大、壁薄所以加工起来十分困难。ANSYS软件是融结构、磁场、流体、电场、声场分析于一体的大型通用有限元分析软件。是由世界上最大的有限元分析软件公司之一美国ANSYS公司开发的,它能与多数CAD软件接口对接,实现数据的共享和交换,如Pro/Engineer,NASTRAN,Algor,AutoCAD,I-DEAS等,属于现代产品设计中的高级CAE工具之一。本论文就是利用ANSYS的功能对套筒夹具进行分析从而再进行优化。49887

Abstract Machine tool fixture is a machine tool for clamping the workpiece on a device (and guide tool). Its role is the workpiece positioning, in order to make correct position of the workpiece relative to the machine tool and tool, and the workpiece clamping reliably. Sleeve parts is a common parts in mechanical processing, it is widely used in all kinds of machinery, the main supporting and guiding role. Such as various types of sliding bearing, bearing the rotation axis clamp on guide tool guide sleeve, the internal combustion engine cylinder liner, the hydraulic system of hydraulic cylinder sleeve and general use, due to the different function, sleeve parts structure size is a big difference. Because generally large, thin wall parts processing very difficult. ANSYS software is structure, fluid, electric field, magnetic field and sound field analysis in one of the large-scale general finite element analysis software. Is the world's largest software company one of the ANSYS finite element analysis of company development, it can be with most CAD software interface docking, realize data sharing and exchange, such as Pro/Engineer, NASTRAN, Algor, AutoCAD, i-deas, etc, belonging to one of the advanced CAE tools in modern product design. This paper is to use the function of ANSYS to analyze sleeve clamp to optimize it again.
