摘要随着现代军事技术的发展与完善,舰载设备在舰船上的应用极其广泛,对舰船的正常化运行起到至关重要的作用,以满足于舰船在海上行驶的各项需求。舰载电源盒是舰船的供电设备,舰船上的各项用电设备都是由它来提供电力,所以舰载电源盒对舰船的运行起到重要作用。本课题研究的就是舰载电源盒的结构设计,先对电源盒进行初步的结构设计构想,主体框架设计的方案选取,材料的选取,各零部件之间的连接方法及加工方法的选取。然后运用solidworks进行钣金结构三维造型,绘制出电源盒的三维钣金零件,并进行基于有限元分析的优化设计,然后对绘制好的三维零件进行装配,运用SolidworksSimulatio对装配好的电源盒进行总体结构造型,模态分析及优化。最后对各钣金件结构及散热方面进行改进,使得设计的电源盒在结构和功能上都满足设计要求。52556

Abstract With the development of modern military technology and improvement , the applications of shipboard equipment is extremely wide , its plays a crucial role in the normalization of the ship to meet the needs of traveling at sea. Shipboard power box is a powered device for the ship, it is made to provide electricity for all the electrical equipment on the ship , so the power box on the ship shipboard operation play an important role.This research is the structure design of shipboard power box , first the power box has a preliminary structural design concept, the program selection of the main frame design, the selection of materials, the method of connection between the various components and the selection of processing method . Then use three-dimensional modeling solidworks for sheet metal structures, draw out the three-dimensional sheet metal parts for power box, and the based on finite element analysis is conducted to optimize the design, and then draw a good three-dimensional parts for assembly, use Solidworks Simulatio assembled power supply box on an overall structure modeling, modal analysis and optimization.Finally,the sheet metal structure and thermal aspects are need to be improved, making the design of the power box in structure and function meet the design requirements.
