摘要差速器在割草机实现平稳转弯以及零半径转弯过程中起到了非常重要的作用,因此,零转弯半径割草机差速器的设计是该割草机设计的重要组成部分之一。本次课题所要设计的就是安装在驱动桥的两个左右半轴之间的差速器,并且对差速器的发展现状,工作原理和种类等等做了简单的介绍。差速器的内部结构并不复杂,但内部的传动机构涉及到了多种非标准件如齿轮结构和标准零件的设计计算,这就使差速器的设计显得相对比较复杂,按照传统的方法进行试验研究难度较大,这就要求我们采用新的研究方法来研究和分析差速器的设计。56689
本文通过运用PROE绘图软件,绘制差速器三维实体模型,然后运用ADAMS分析软件对差速器进行运动仿真,并且验证差速器运动是否存在运动干涉。在建立差速器三维模型和绘制二维图的过程,我的学习能力也得到了很大的提高。
