摘要:本文针对P090被试柱塞泵进行其出厂试验台液压系统设计。该液压系统需要完成对被试泵的容积效率和总效率的测试,能在转速、压力、排量的变化范围内进行测试。同时要求控制油液温度在合适的范围内。该系统主要分为冲洗回路、测试回路和辅助回路。冲洗回路在实验前对被试泵进行清洗,测试回路可分为调压回路、补油回路等,主要用于在测试时控制系统压力和流量,辅助回路用来控制液压油液的温度和保持油液的清洁,保证系统正常工作。该系统采用功率回收马达对系统进行功率回收,本文介绍了该试验台功率回收的原理和方法,并对其功率回收效果进行分析。最后对集成块和液压油箱进行设计。

Hydraulic System Design of Piston pump Test Bench
Abstract:This article for the P090 test piston pump, design of test bench hydraulic system. The hydraulic system needs to be done is the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the total efficiency of the test, and can be tested within the range of variation of the speed, pressure, displacement. At the same time to control fluid temperature in the appropriate range. The system consists of flushing the loop, test circuit and auxiliary circuits. The loop flushing to clean the pump before the experiment is to test loop can be divided into the voltage regulator circuit, fill oil loop control system pressure and flow is mainly used in the test, the auxiliary circuit is used to control the temperature of the hydraulic fluid and maintain oil cleaning, to ensure the normal operation of the system. The principle and method to realize power recovery for the test-bed were introduced the of the recovery was analyzed. Finally to design the integrated block and the hydraulic oil tank.
