摘要常规武器的升级改进是现在的主要发展趋势,为了使迫击炮弹更好地发挥其威力,除了提高迫弹的杀伤爆破威力外还可以采用火箭增程的方式增加射程,这样能够适应现代战争的需求,在更广的范围内发挥作用。本文以 120mm 增程迫弹为研究对象,以斜切式喷管增程发动机装药设计,结构设计为主要内容,综合运用零维内弹道和质点外弹道相关知识,开展基于斜切式喷管的增程发动机设计工作。进行了固体火箭发动机恒燃面装药设计,根据指标要求设计出了斜切式喷管的结构尺寸,编写了 Visual Basic 计算与分析程序,应用内弹道方程得到了燃烧室压强和发动机推力随时间的变化规律曲线,应用外弹道方程组得出了射程射高规律和速度射程规律。 59534

Title the Design of 120mm Extended Range Rocket-propelled Mortar Shell based on Beveling Nozzle
Abstract The conventional ammunition upgrades is now the major trends to better play its power. in order to improve the mortar shell’s property, a mortar can be used rocket to extend range except improve frag demolition power. Thus can adapt to the needs of modern war and play a important role in a broader area. This paper takes 120mm extended-range Mortar as the object of the research. The main contents are beveling nozzle solid propellant and structure design. it integrated uses of zero-dimensional interior ballistics and Mass Point Trajectory .the design of beveling nozzle solid rocket motor mainly based on above knowledge. The work are Solid rocket motor constant burning surface design, Designing the structure and size of the beveling nozzle according to the requirement and Writing Visual Basic calculation and analysis program.by application of internal and external ballistics equations ,we can get chamber pressure , engine thrust , range and velocity varying with time.
