摘要:本次毕业设计内容为SHL12-1.25/250-W I型锅炉热工设计,以此来巩固、提高及充实锅炉原理的知识面;结合所学的课程知识,对所要设计的锅炉进行总体上的结构布置和全面的热力计算,最终的目的是掌握锅炉设计的一般计算步骤。62163

锅炉的结构采取双锅筒横向布置,燃烧室和凝渣管两部分布置为上升烟道,省煤器和空气预热器布置在垂直下行的烟道中,至于锅炉炉膛则全部布满光管水冷壁。设计以锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性为首要准则。同时也要将传热、燃烧、烟气、空气、工质的特性考虑进去。在锅炉设计的过程当中,要保证炉内持续燃烧,炉膛确保有足够的辐射热量,作为燃料的焦作二类无烟煤,其燃尽程度以及合理的烟气速度和排烟温度很重要。当然,一定的气密性也要确保来让炉膛内进行负压燃烧。在整个设计过程中需要进行炉膛、凝渣管、过热器、锅炉管束、省煤器、空气预热器的热力计算。

利用CAD来完成锅炉各部件的总图。

Design of SHL12-1.25/250-WI boiler Abstract: In order to consolidate, improve and enrich the knowledge of boiler principle, This design content for a SHL12-1.25/250-W I boiler. In combination with the  curriculum knowledge, this design will list the Structure layout and the Thermodynamic calculation, the ultimate goal is to master the general calculation methods and steps.

  The structure of the boiler adopts the horizontal arrangement of the double boiler drum. The combustion chamber and the slag pipe is arranged as an ascending flue. The provincial gas and the air heater are arranged in a vertical flue, while Boiler furnace is full of light tube water wall. The primary criterion is the safety and reliability, and the heat transfer, combustion, smoke, air, working fluid are also under consideration. In the process of design, we need to ensure the continuous of the fire and enough radiation heat in the furnace. As the fuel the s burn ,the gas velocity and the Smoke temperature are very important. Of course, air tightness is also necessary to ensure the negative pressure combustion. In the whole process,  we need furnace, slag coagulating pipe, heater, boiler tubes, economizer, air heater of thermodynamic calculation.

  We use CAD2014 to complete the picture.
