摘要 现代社会路灯已经成为一种常用的照明工具,极大的方便了我们的生活,但是路灯的保养和维护却存在不少问题,市场需要一款安全可靠的路灯升降机。本文主要介绍了用两组蜗轮蜗杆机构传动,分别带动绕线轮和凸轮以实现匀速升降的方案,该装置主要由电机、减速器、两组蜗轮蜗杆、凸轮、绕线轮、导向轮,控制电路以及灯罩、联轴器等关联器件组成。文章介绍了设计背景,机构的总体设计,动力学分析及校核,定位与连接等,重点介绍的是总体设计和分析校核。在此基础上绘出二维和三维图纸,指导生产。63504

Title The Three-dimensional Modeling of the Serialized HVA Vacuum Gate Valves
Abstract Lights has become a common street lighting tool in the Modern society .it is a great convenience to our lives .However, street maintenance and repair, but there are many problems, Markets need a safe and reliable lift lights . This paper describes the use of two sets of worm gear transmission, and were driven reel and the cam in order to achieve uniform lifting program, The device consists of motor, reducer, worm groups, cams, winding wheel, steering wheel, control circuitry and shade, couplings and other associated hardware components. This paper introduces the design background, institutions overall design, dynamic analysis and verification, location and connections, focusing on the overall design and analysis check.
