ANSYS大功率双螺杆挤压机三维设计与性能分析

摘要双螺杆挤出机是在挤出机机筒中并排安装两根螺杆的一种挤出机,它是在单螺杆挤出机的基础上,随着聚合物加工及食品加工业的发展而出现和发展的。双螺杆挤压机具有剪切力大、传热面积大﹑计量准确﹑供料性能好﹑混炼塑化效果好等优点,广泛用于食品加工业、饲料加工业、化工工业、聚合物加工业等。螺杆挤压技术是借助于螺杆和机筒对物料的摩擦、挤压和融熔作用来达到输送、压缩、破碎、混合、膨化和聚化物料的目的。63551

本文所设计的异向双螺杆挤压膨化机用于饲料生产,主要对挤压膨化机的螺杆结构、传动系统、出料模具进行了设计;并应用solid works软件进行了三维实体建模;应用ANSYS软件对关键部件进行性能分析与强度校核,得到了零件受载情况下的应力应变图;最后绘制了双螺杆挤压膨化机的二维工程图。本文采用分段式螺杆、机筒结构,既便于加工制造又可根据不同的工作要求灵活组合螺杆元件;通过对减速箱齿轮的设计来实现转速及扭矩分配,并采用串列推力轴承承受较大的轴向力。

本文研究成果对异向双螺杆挤压机产品的研发、优化有一定的借鉴意义。

Title  High Power Double Screw Extrusion Machine With Three-dimensional Design And Performance Analysis

Abstract

Twin screw extruder is a kind of extruder in the extruder barrel are arranged side by side in the two screw, which is based on single screw extruder, appeared and developed with the development of polymer processing and food processing industry .Twin screw extruder has the advantages of large shearing force, large heat transfer area, accurate measurement,Plasticization effect is good, widely used in food processing, feed processing industry, chemical industry, polymer processing industry.Technology of screw extrusion with screw and barrel friction, extrusion of material and melting effect to achieve the conveying, compressed, crushing, mixing, puffing and poly material objective.

The design of the counter-rotating twin screw extruder used for feed production, mainly on the structure, the transmission system, the die is designed screw extrusion machine; and the three-dimensional solid modeling using solid works software; ANSYS software was applied to analysis and strength check of key parts, the part load under the condition of stress strain diagram; finally drawn 2D engineering drawing double screw extrusion machine.This paper adopts segmented screw, machine tube structure, is convenient for manufacturing and according to the different requirements of flexible combination of screw elements.

    This article has been designed on the basis of innovation. It can be a reference to product research and optimize of the counter-rotating twin screw extruder.
