摘要:模具是一种借用外部机械力来使选用的各类材料从熔融态进入指定位置,之后通过冷却凝固称为规定形状大小的塑件的工具。在工业生产上得到所需产品的模子的方法有很多,其中主要包括注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸、冲压、锻压、冶炼和拉伸等方法。我们在日常的生活中,往往需要很多制式产品,而模具作为一种便捷的工具可以在大量的需求下短时间高效率的产生大批量的同样产品。尤其是眼下世界各国都需要大量的塑料制品,造就了塑料模具行业的飞速前进,也由传统的一些工艺渐渐地转变为由高科技控制的工艺。像现在借助NX中各种标准化的工具生成一整套可以使用的模具相对于曾经的速度效率可谓是领先了无数倍。同时这些高科技的软件技术也会使得整个设计过程更加精确,会通过一些功能去对要设计的产品进行一些分析,避免了完成整套设计才发现有瑕疵的问题出现。两板模及三板模就外观而言,其最大差异在于三板模的上固定板及母模板之间多了一块脱料板。在完成本次设计的过程中,得益于李工程师及刘老师的帮助,使我便捷的使用注塑模向导以及重用库中的标准件较快较为准确的完成本次毕业设计的要求。67742

3-plate Inject Mold Design of the Server Fans’ shell based on NX/Mold Wizard
Abstract: Mold is the blank into a particular shape and size of the product under loads tools. Mainly used in the industrial production of injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, casting, forging molding, smelting, stamping and stretching various methods to obtain the desired product mold, the mold is widely used, is the foundation of modern industrial development. In the daily life, we often need a lot of standard products, and mold as a convenient tool can be a lot of demand in a short time and efficient production of large quantities of the same product. In particular, now around the world countries need a lot of plastic products, creating a rapid progress of the plastic mold industry, but also by some of the traditional technology gradually transformed into high-tech control of the process. Like now with the NX in a variety of standardized tools to generate a set of mold can be used relative to the speed of the efficiency can be described as a few times ahead. At the same time these high-tech software technology will make the whole design process more accurate, through some functions to the design of the product to conduct some analysis, to avoid the completion of the entire design to find flawed problems arise. For the appearance about 2-plate and 3-plate, the biggest difference is that 3-plate has a stripper more than 2-plate between top plate and cavity plate. In the process of completing this design, thanks to Li Daping engineer’s and Liu Guangming teacher’s help, I am faster and more accurate to complete the design content by using the injection mold guide and standard parts in the reuse library easily.
