摘要通常情况下，我们在进行模具设计时候，要先对零件图进行各种分析，由于现在模具渗透到各个领域，需求量非常大，这同时也致使模具的快速发展，所以模具本身形成了一个标准体系，所以在设计这个脸盆的时候，参考了有关模具标准的书籍，首先得选取分型面，型腔的排列方式，然后对冷却系统以及浇口进行设计规划，来满足模具所要的要求，再然后设计导向机构以及浇注完成后的推出机构。在之后进行凹凸模的设计和计算以及标准模架的设计，最终通过试模来进行校验设计的合不合理。根据前面一步步的操作，来完成毕业论文。72317
