摘要液压支架在煤炭开采过程中起到很关键的作用，液压支架用阀的性能好坏会直接影响 到采煤工作面的运行，想要能够提高液压阀检修的质量，就必须要有可靠的检修手段，但 是国内却缺乏相应的试验设备器材，所以，研究液压支架用阀综合试验台能够为液压支架 用阀的检测提供必要的试验条件。72678
首先，我们介绍了液压支架用阀试验台的研究背景和发展现状，分析了国内外研究的 不足和发展趋势，并分析提出了自己的改进意见。
其次，对液压支架用阀试验台的机械工作机构、液压系统的组成和原理、试验台试验 过程进行了说明。并且在此基础上设计了控制试验台试验过程的电气原理图。
再次，介绍了液压支架用阀综合试验台的电气原理图里面所用到的关键电气元器件， 并且详细对元器件进行选型设计。
然后，介绍了软件的功能界面设计过程，界面的组成部分，软件的主要功能，也简单 介绍了软件的操作方法。并给出了设计流程图。
最后，给出试验台的安装以及调试，并且阐述了详细的调试过程。 该论文有图 23 幅，表 11 个，参考文献 30 篇。

First of all, we introduced the research background and development status of the valve test bench for hydraulic support, analyzed the deficiency and development trend of domestic and international research, and put forward their own suggestions for improvement,
Secondly, the composition and principle of the mechanical working mechanism and the principle of the valve test bench for the hydraulic support are described。 And on this basis, the design of the control test bench test process electrical schematic。
Thirdly, the paper introduces the key electrical components used in the electrical principle diagram of the valve comprehensive test bench of the hydraulic support, and the selection of the components in detail。
