摘要QC 风扇固定底座存在结构复杂、壁厚不均、熔体充填流程长等原因所导致 的充模不足、不匀以及塑件成型质量差等问题,本设计利用热流道技术、模流分 析着重对 QC 风扇注塑模具的浇注系统和冷却系统以及注塑成型工艺三个方面 进行设计;并且利用动模分型拉钉限距斜导柱内侧抽结构实现了先侧抽后推出。72680

基于模流分析软件对 QC 风扇固定底座的几种浇注方案进行填充仿真,通过 对照剖析确定 A 方案为最佳;进而确定单点式热流道浇注系统,通过对 QC 风 扇的工艺分析选择热流道喷嘴的型号、尺寸以及测温系统。

因 QC 风扇固定底座尺寸较大并且形状复杂,所以冷却系统设计对制品成型 质量及生产效率有重要的影响;利用模流分析软件 Moldflow 对冷却系统建模仿 真,然后通过对不同方式的几种管道布局及其冷却仿真结果和翘曲仿真结果的分 析比较,QC 风扇固定底座注塑模具的型腔冷却方案选取直通式冷却,型芯冷却 方案选取隔板式与直通并联式混合使用方式,设计的冷却系统仿真结果符合预 期,而且冷却的时间较短。

本设计利用注射模 CAE 技术、热流道技术以及注塑成型工艺优化技术应用 到 QC 风扇固定底座模具中,可以大幅改善 QC 风扇固定底座代表的大型模具注 塑过程中出现的许多问题。

Design of Injection Mould for QC Fan Fixed Pedestal

Abstract QC fixed fan base complex structure, uneven wall thickness, filling shortage, uneven and poor quality plastic molding melt filling a long process and other reasons caused by the use of hot runner technology design, injection molding CAE technology focus mold pouring and cooling systems and injection molding three aspects of the design; and the use of movable mold parting Rivet Distronic oblique medial pillar structure to achieve a draw after the first side draw Release。

Moldflow gating system utilizing the four programs QC fixed fan base filled simulation analysis, comparative analysis to determine the best first option; then determine the gating system using a single-point hot  runner  gating system, through the fan QC process analysis Select hot runner nozzle type, size and temperature measurement system。

QC due to the larger fan base fixed size and shape of the complex, the cooling system design has an important influence on the product quality and production efficiency molding; utilize Moldflow simulation modeling of the cooling system through the pipe layout and several different ways of cooling and warpage simulation results analysis and comparison, and ultimately determine QC fixed fan base mold cores using diaphragms and parallel straight-mix mode cavity using straight-through cooling。 The cooling system design simulation results in line with expectations, and the cooling time is shorter。 In the design of the injection molding process design, optimization theory application process parameters for scientific,  rational and effective design。

The design of the hot runner technology, injection molding CAE technology, injection molding process optimization technology into QC fixed fan base mold,   can

significantly improve the large cavity injection molding shaping many of the problems arising in the process。
