摘要现代社会经济的发展越来越迅速,这对交通运输提出了更多的要求,高速铁 路作为现代社会的重要交通运输工具,为了适应现代社会发展的需求,这就需要 对高速铁路进行新的研究和发展。其发展的主要方向是使高速铁路列车能够承受 更多的重量,并且能够提高高速列车的运行速度,这也对高速列车的组成零部件 提出了更高的技术要求,所以对轴箱弹簧的结构设计以及强度研究很重要。72695

本论文首先根据高速列车的实际受载状况,在最不理想的情况下轴箱弹簧的 实际变形程度来计算出圆柱螺旋钢弹簧的各个尺寸,并用 CAD 画出二维零件图, 然后利用 SolidWorks 软件建立高速动车的轴箱弹簧模型,并对轴箱弹簧进行仿 真分析,来验证在实际运用中轴箱弹簧的各项性能数据是否符合所要达到的设计 要求。

Abstract Because of the rapid development of modern social economy , the transportation put forward more requirements。 High-speed railway as a modern society's important transportation tools, in order to meet the needs of the development of modern society, which requires new research and development of high-speed railway,。the main direction of the development is enable high-speed trains can bear more weight, and can improve the running speed of high-speed train, which also makes the components of high speed train by the higher technical requirements, so of axle box spring structure design and strength research is very important。

Firstly, according to the actual subject of high-speed train load condition, the actual deformation degree of the axle box spring is not an ideal situation to calculate the various dimensions of cylindrical helical spring, and use CAD to draw the 2D parts diagram and then use SolidWorks to establish the model of high speed train axle box spring, and then through the SolidWorks software to carry out axlebox spring simulation analysis to verify in the practical application of the performance data is designed to meet the requirements of the axle box spring to achieve the effect。
