摘要如今,大家对一些机械装备、工程车辆、油田设备的腐蚀及其大量无用废旧零件现象越来越关注,而近年来大量的实验与报道都说明对设备进行镀层防护与对废旧零件修复是一种有效可行的方法。可以拿节约成本,而且有效的变废为宝。 73681
本次设计通过微粒射流电沉积的方法制备涂层,通过控制变量法即控制两个参数不变,变换一个参数来得到涂层的微观结构。并通过扫描电子显微镜观察涂层,对比分析组织结构与工艺的关系。通过对组织结构的观察反映出工艺参数对组织性能的影响从而改善工艺参数。
本次实验设计的万向喷嘴的作用是实现电解液的喷射,首先它具备的特点是不易被腐蚀,不易受磁场控制,所以我们选用不易导电的有机玻璃作为制作喷嘴的材料。

Particles in the jet electrodeposition nozzle system design
Abstract Now,machinery and equipment, vehicle engineering, oilfield equipment corrosion and a lot of useless scrap parts phenomenon is people have paid attention to the problem, and in recent years, lots of experiments and reported that the equipment of protective coating and is a feasible and effective method of scrap parts repair, save cost, effectively turning waste into treasure。
This design through the method of particle jet electrodeposition coating was prepared, by method of control variables that control two parameters unchanged, transform a parameter to get the coating microstructure。 And by scanning electron microscopy coatings was observed, comparative analysis of relationship between organizational structure and process。 Observation on organizational structure reflects the effects of process parameters on the performance of the organization so as to improve the process parameters。
The role of the experimental design of universal nozzle is to realize the electrolyte injection, first of all, it has the characteristics of the is not easy to corrode, not easily controlled by magnetic field, so we choose to conductive organic glass as the material to make the nozzle。
