对汽车内饰盒盖的注塑模具设计,利用UG对塑件进行三维建模分析数据并按照设计步骤画出整套模具的三维实体,利用CAD绘制出模具的装配图和零件图

摘要在如今的社会生活中,人们已经离不开对塑料的使用,它涉及汽车行业、飞 机行业、生活用品等各个领域,所以说塑料制品的发展前景远大的。本课题是对 汽车内饰盒盖的注塑模具设计,利用 UG 对塑件进行三维建模分析数据并按照设 计步骤画出整套模具的三维实体,利用 CAD 绘制出模具的装配图和零件图。本 塑件结构简单,但边圆角多而且塑件侧面有四个圆形倒扣,表面光滑平整,这就 要求模具拥有侧向抽芯机构,且模仁尺寸精度高和表面粗糙度低。本设计按照注 塑模具一般的设计步骤要求来进行,着重分析分型面的选择和浇注系统以及脱模 结构的设计。通过本次课题设计,进一步学习了解了塑料的成型工艺和注塑模具 的设计流程,以生产成本低生产效率高容易加工的原则去设计产品,完成本次模 具设计。73868

The Design Of Injection Mold For Automobile Interior

Abstract In today's social life, people have been separated from the use of plastic, it involves the automotive industry, aircraft  industry,  daily necessities and other   fields, so that the development of plastic products。 This topic is the design of injection mould for car interior lid, using UG of plastic parts for 3D modeling and analysis of data and in accordance with the design steps of drawing a set of mould 3D entity, and use CAD to draw the mold assembly drawing and parts drawing。 The plastic part is simple in structure, but the side fillet is much and the side of the plastic part is provided with four round back buttons, the surface is smooth and flat, which requires the mold  to have the side core pulling mechanism, and the mould kernel size precision is high and the surface roughness is low。  The design in accordance with the  general design  steps of the injection mold to carry out, focus on analysis of the se lection and gating system, as well as the design of the mold release structure。 Through this topic design, further study understanding the plastic molding process and mold design process, with low production cost and production efficiency and easy processing principle to design products,  complete  the design  of the mould。
