摘要随着煤炭使用率的大幅增加,采煤行业急需实现开采方法的机械化和自动化。经过较长时间的发展,采煤行业逐步走上综合机械化开采的道路。综合机械化开采突破了以往传统开采方式的限制,大幅度提高了煤炭开采的效率,降低了开采的成本,包括设备本身的成本和矿区维护的成本,也减轻了从事煤炭开采的劳动者的工作压力。在众多的煤炭开采基础设备中,液压支架有着举足轻重的地位,它的出现改变了以往煤矿开采的传统模式,经过不断的改进最终诞生了充填开采液压支架。74041

充填开采液压支架主要包括以下几个重要组成部分:顶梁(包括前顶梁和后顶梁),四连杆机构,底座,立柱和千斤顶等。

The finite element analysis of the hydraulic support in the six pillar filling mining

Abstract  With the substantial increase in the use of coal, the mining industry is in urgent need of the mechanization and automation of mining methods。 After a long period of development, coal mining industry has gradually embarked on the road of comprehensive mechanized mining。 Comprehensive mechanized coal mining method breaks through the limitation of traditional mining methods, greatly improves the efficiency of coal mining, reduce the mining cost, including the cost of maintenance of the equipment itself and the cost of mining area, but also reduce the engaged in coal mining workers work pressure。 In many of the coal mining of the equipment, hydraulic support occupies a pivotal position, it has changed the traditional pattern of the former coal mining, through continuous improvement culminated in the birth of the backfill mining hydraulic support。

Filling mining hydraulic support mainly comprises an important part of the following: top beam (including the front top beam and a back top beam), four connecting rod mechanism, base, upright column and Jack。

Six column filling mining hydraulic support of finite element analysis mainly has the following several steps, first through the selected models to determine the basic parameters of the hydraulic support, after of the hydraulic support is analyzed with mechanics and then a 3D entity modeling of the hydraulic support, then use ANSYS to do analysis and calculation of the model。 Finally, check the stress nephogram。 According to the distribution of stress should be appropriate modifications of the dimension of the hydraulic support parts。
