本次设计—基准面铣模夹具的设计,基准面是工件加工下面工序的基准面,多精度要求较高。本次设计从工件毛坯的结构工艺性特点分析入手,根据被加工工件需要加工表面的位置和工件的结构特点,分析工件的定位方式。 根据工件的定位元件和夹紧装置,设计夹具体和夹具的结构方案并给出夹具体的加工方案,夹具设计完成后根据夹紧力校核刚度、稳定性和检验工件是否干涉。
工件定位夹紧完成后根据定位基准和定位元件的位置精度和尺寸精度对夹具的精度进行分析。夹具的精度校验合格才能完成夹具的设计。

The design datum plane milling jig design, the datum is the process of workpiece below datum and much higher accuracy。 The design from the blank piece of structure, process characteristics analysis of, is based on the workpiece processing needs processing surface position of the workpiece and the structure characteristics, analysis workpiece positioning。 According to the workpiece positioning device and a clamping device design clip specific and fixture structure scheme and give clip specific processing program, fixture design completed based on clamping force to check the stiffness, stability and workpiece testing whether or not to interfere。
After the workpiece positioning and clamping is completed according to the positioning precision and positioning accuracy of the positioning element of the positioning accuracy and size of the fixture analysis。
