摘要现如今在经济不断发展的过程中,各个国家的地下煤炭开采走向全面的机械化采煤设备的发展方向。采煤机械结构轮系支撑体(低速轴、行星架)的研究具有重大意义。本设计运用三维软件(SolidWorks)建立行星架与低速轴的三维模型,同时将其三维模型导入ANSYS建立有限元模型,通过有限元分析得到的应力云图和变形云图,后者可以被优化,检查方案。最后,模态分析,加载和求解模型。建模在模态分析中和静态分析过程相似,选择合适的模态提取方法,对行星架和轴施加位移约束,设置多个扩展,求解。通过模态分析,找出频率部分并给出相应的结论。行星架和轴的结构尺寸的正确选择,可以提高工作精度、工作刚度和耐磨性;降低设备质量、节约金属材料。最终结合合适的材料进行制造加工,这对机械生产具有巨大的参考价值。76221

Finite element analysis of the gear bearing body(Low speed shaft, planet carrier)
Abstract Now in the process of economic development, each country of the underground coal mining to the development direction of the comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipment。 Coal mining mechanical gear support (low speed shaft and the planet carrier) research has great significance。 This design using 3D software (SolidWorks) planetary frame and the establishment of a three-dimensional model of the low speed shaft, at the same time, the three-dimensional model is imported into ANSYS to establish the finite element model, stress obtained by finite element analysis of force and deformation cloud cloud, and the latter can be optimized, inspection plan。 Finally, modal analysis, loading and solution model。 Modeling in modal analysis similar neutralizes the static analysis process, Choose appropriate modal extraction method, of planetary gear and shaft applied displacement constraints, multiple expansion set solving。 Through modal analysis, find out the frequency and gives some corresponding conclusions。 The correct selection of the structure size of the planetary gear and shaft and can improve the accuracy of the work, working stiffness and wear resistance; reduce the quality of equipment, metal material saving。 Finally, in light of the suitable materials for manufacturing, which for mechanical production and has great reference value。
