摘要一直以来,在国际社会,石油的应用非常广泛,人类经济的发展导致人类对于 能源的需求持续的增加,陆地石油已经开采了数百年的时间,在能源需求日益增加 的今天,海洋石油早已进入人们的视野,海洋拥有广阔的面积,并且蕴含着丰富的 石油和天然气资源,FPSO 作为石油和天然气开采中极具竞争力的海工装备,它兼 具生产和储存石油的特点,适用于中海域和深海域的油田开采。而 FPSO 上部模块 作为海洋石油生产处理和公共设施安置的基地,在海洋石油的开采中发挥着极大的 作用。79093
本文以 DANA FPSO 上部分离模块为研究目标,利用 GeniE 软件对其在基本载 荷和组合载荷情况下的结构强度进行分析与校核,主要的研究内容为:
(1)本文介绍了 FPSO 上部模块建造及校核的相关 DNV 规范;
(2)本文应用 GeniE 软件对 FPSO 上部分离模块 P20 的整体结构进行建模, 并根据 P20 模块所在位置的实际情况,计算了 FPSO 上部 P20 模块的基本载荷和组 合载荷;
(3)对 FPSO 上部分离模块 P20 在典型载荷工况下的强度进行分析和校核, 从而得到其强度是否满足规范要求。

ABSTRACT Has long been in the international society, oil has a very wide range of applications, the development of human economy lead to the increase of human demand for energy continues, oil has been mined land for hundreds of years of time, in today's growing demand for energy, offshore oil already entered people's field of vision, the sea has vast area, and contains the rich oil and gas resources, FPSO as oil and gas exploration in train competitive Marine engineering equipment, it has the characteristics of production and storage of oil, suitable for medium and deep sea oil field exploitation。 And FPSO upper module as Marine oil production, processing, and train the base of public facilities, play a great role in the Marine oil exploitation。
Based on DANA FPSO upper train separation module as the research target, using GeniE software in the basic load and combination load cases of structural strength analysis and checking, the main research contents as follows:
1。This paper introduces the FPSO DNV norms related to the upper module construction and checking the train;
2。The software of FPSO upper train separation module GeniE P20 overall structure of the model, and according to the actual situation of P20 module location, calculated the FPSO upper P20 train basic load and combination load module。
3。FPSO upper train separation module P20 under typical load conditions analysis and check the strength, its strength is obtained whether meet the specification requirements。
