摘要本论文主要对 3 点支撑式风力发电机的隔振系统进行研究,主要分为三方面内容:第一根据风力发电机 3 点支撑式理论,采用静力学方法建立 3 点支撑式的传动链力 学模型。3 点支撑的传动链力学模型主要由静力学方法给出,结合风轮在各种工况下的 轮毂载荷计算出对应工况下的左右弹性支撑载荷。79834
第二使用刚体动力学的研究方法,对齿轮箱系统的振动建立模型。齿轮箱的振动模 型建立有利于研究齿轮箱的振动,对于齿轮箱的振动解答可以借助 matlab 计算机平台, 编制程序得出,通过齿轮箱的动力学计算,可以为接下来发电机组的振动分析奠定基础。
第三根据刚体动力学方法,建立发电机隔振系统的振动力学模型。分别通过理论近 似计算与 matlab 仿真计算得出隔振系统的固有频率和振型。研究结果发现:一、理论 近似计算结果与仿真结果对比,固有频率误差很小,振型一致。二、理论近似计算结果 与真实工况仿真结果对比,固有频率误差不大,振型相差较大。

Abstract Isolation system of three point-support wind turbine were studied in the present paper, it is pided into three aspects:
First, grasp the wind turbine of three-point-supporting braced theory, statics build three-point-supporting drive chain mechanical model。 Drivetrain Mechanical Model three-point support is mainly given by the static method, combined with the wind wheel hub under various conditions of load conditions corresponding to approximately calculate the elastic supporting loads。
Second, according to the rigid body dynamics, vibration mechanics model for the establishment of the gearbox。 Gearbox vibration model study to establish a favorable gearbox vibration, the vibration gearbox answer can make use of matlab computer platform programming drawn, by calculating the dynamics of the gearbox, it can lay the foundation for the next turbine vibration analysis。
Third, according to the rigid body dynamics, vibration mechanics model generator build Isolation System。 Respectively theoretical approximate calculation and simulation matlab calculated isolation system natural frequencies and mode shapes through。 Study results showed that: a theoretical approximate calculation results with the simulation results, the natural frequency of error is very small, consistent modes。 Second, the theoretical approximate calculation results compared with the real working conditions simulation results, the error is not natural frequency, mode shape quite different。
