摘要：可逆反击式破碎机广泛应用于高速公路、水库、铁路、机场等对石料形状要求比较高的领域，因其破碎比例较大、产量高、且性能稳定等具有较高优势的特点，固在各个领域中都拥有极为广泛的运用。为高校相关专业学生的实践操作和研究提供了可行性。本次设计主要进行转子的板锤，涨紧套设计。79858

本设计一开始从转子的型号开始设计,参考了一系列如PF1012反击式破碎机的各种相关的参数数据,首先确定转子的转速,进而再根据转子转速确定各个参数如转子的线速度、板锤尺寸大小、所需数量等方面的相关数据。在设计时，既要考虑该破碎机转子的生产率，还要保证他的破碎程度，在以上因素得以保证的前提下，再继续对于该破碎机转子各个部位的设计，最后再根据该设计的总体的结构,以此来检验和完成本设计中破碎机对于各个零部件的计算检验及关键设计参数。

其中，在几样零部件的具体设计中,应该首先进行对于传送形式的选择，所选带轮的直径齿数等关键参数的设计计算，其后，再是关于对破碎机转子轴的结构的设计，以及各类轴承的选择和取舍，最后再进行关于转子相关部件的计算和检测。另外在完成基本机构的设计后，关于零部件固定方面的因素也该允以考虑，例如板锤和主机械结构之间的固定、破碎腔大小的合理设计等,而其中最应该考虑的还是转子相关部件的设计，即与转子相关的板锤方面的设计和固定也应该慎重考虑和选择，应该进行一些必要的设计计算和检验等。在该设计中，考虑到设计的合理性以及经济效益，我选择了用涨紧套的固定方法来固定板锤。在设计完成后，论文的最后还介绍了关于反击式破碎机方面的一些安装与维修的方法,对于提高破碎机的寿命具有很大意义。

前言
