摘要本文介绍了双色注射模具的现状及发展趋势，以及利用计算机辅助设计双 色注射模具。针对双色水杯内外层包覆的结构特点，采用了转盘式双色注射成型 的工艺，设计了一模一腔的转盘式绝热延长喷嘴的双色注射模具，并详细介绍了 该模具的总体结构及工作过程。通过对构成双色模具的成型零件、浇注系统、冷 却系统、顶出系统的设计，阐述自己对双色模具的理解。本套模具在型芯上采用 同一结构，在型腔上采用两种结构，二次注射成型时动模旋转 180°再闭模，从 而完成双色制品的注射成型。80617
本套模具在材料选择方面，选用了 ABS 和 PC 材料，ABS 作为内层材料， PC 作为外层材料，这两种材料具有很好的相容性，使成型所得塑件具有良好的 工艺性能及外观。通过分析研究双色模具的特点，最终设计出动作可靠、成本较 低的双色注射模具，而且通过该模具生产出的产品质量较好。

ABSTRACT This paper introduces the present situation and development trend of double color mould, and the use of computer aided design of double color injection mold。 Based on the structural feature of double color cup inside and outside layer cladding, the rotating disc two-color injection molding technology, design the piece two adiabatic extended nozzle cavity of the rotating disk two-color injection mold, and introduces in detail the overall structure of the die and the working process。 Through the form of double color mould molding parts, pouring system, the design of the cooling system, ejection system, their understanding of double color mould。 This set of mold on the core using the same structure, adopts two kinds of structure in the cavity, the secondary injection molding dynamic model rotate 180 ° die again, to complete the double color injection molding。
In the aspect of material selection, This set of mold chooses the ABS and PC material, ABS as inner material, PC as the outer layer material, these two kind of material has good compatibility, makes the plastic forming parts with good performance and appearance。 Through the analysis and study the characteristics of double color mould, finally design a reliable, low cost of two-color injection mold, and by the mold to produce a product quality is better。
