摘要减速器箱体底座为大批大量生产。本设计是镗底座零件上的三个通孔。为了大幅 提高生产率和保证加工精度,本设计提出了组合机床。该组合机床是以多道工序同时 加工的方式,来缩短零件的生产周期。该机床设计重点部分是总体设计和多轴箱设计 两部分。总体设计包括机床通用部件配置、加工方案的选择和“三图一卡”的绘制。 多轴箱设计包括主轴齿轮的确定、动力的传递和动力系统的计算。该组合机床采用的 是卧式单工位双面加工方案,加工和装配工艺性良好,零件装卸快速方便。采用液压 滑台工进和快进快退,使用刚性主轴保证精度要求,使得工序集中。该组合机床成本 低,生产效率高,加工精度高,操作简便。跟普通机床相比,大大缩短了加工时间, 提高了生产率。82690

Abstract Reducer bases for a large number of large quantities of production。 This design is about how to boring the three through-holes on the box。 I put forward a design of the combination machine to greatly improve the productivity and ensure the machining accuracy。 The combination machine is a process to shorten the production cycle by the way of multiple processes simultaneously processing。 The design of the machine tool consists of two key parts, the overall design and the design of multi-axle box。 The overall design includes the machine tool general parts configuration, the choice of the processing program and finish the "three drawing and one card"。 The design of the multi axle box includes the determination of the spindle gear, the transmission of the power and the calculation of the power system。 The combination machine adopts the horizontal, single station, double side processing plan, it has a nice processing performance, and expediently install or dismantle the component。 The hydraulic slide table works slow or moves fast, and by using rigidity spindle to ensure accuracy, it makes the process concentrated。 The combination machine has the advantages of low cost, high production efficiency, high processing precision and convenient operation。 Compare with ordinary machine, the combination machine can greatly shorten the processing time and improve the productivity。
