摘要本次设计是 51000DWT 成品油船螺旋桨图谱设计,遵循中国船级社《国内航行 海船建造规范(2006)》的相关规范。本次设计主要涉及到成品油船主尺度、性能 校核、阻力预报、螺旋桨图谱设计、螺旋桨图绘制等方面。83380
主尺度计算中考虑多方面因素根据《船舶实用设计手册》和《船舶设计原理》 中的相关计算公式及经验公式,并且参考所选择的母型船主尺度来确定设计船主尺 度及计算船型系数。性能校核中对稳性、航速、容量及干舷等进行校核以使之满足 中国船级社《钢制海船入级规范》(2006)中相关规范要求。进行了主机选型和绘 制有效马力曲线,根据稳性校核结果修正方形系数。根据性能校核的结果最终确定 设计船主尺度。
螺旋桨图谱设计中采用 MAU 型螺旋桨图谱设计法计算螺旋桨的各项参数,并 预报航速。保证船、机、桨三者的配合,以提高设计船的整体性能。按照船体主要 参数、主机参数、推进因子决定、最大航速计算、空泡校核、强度校核、螺距修正、 重量及惯性矩计算、敞水性征曲线、系柱特性计算及航行特性计算完 51000DWT 成 品油船 MAU 型螺旋桨图谱设计。按照《船舶原理》中给出的 MAU 型螺旋桨设计方 法绘制螺旋桨总图,采用 AutoCAD 软件绘制螺旋桨。

Abstract This paper is the propeller atlas design of 51000DWT product oil tanker The ship obeys to the rules of construction of sea-going ships engaged on domestic voyages (CCS 2006)。 This design mainly involves the principle dimension oil tanker scale, performance check, resistance prediction, propeller design, the propeller chart drawing, in general can be pided into the following four parts:
The principle dimension calculation consider many factors according to Practical Ship Design Manual and Ship Design Principle in the relevant empirical formula and the statistical data, and with reference to the selected parent owner scale to determine the design principal dimensions and ship form coefficients。The stability, speed, capacity and freeboard and checked so as to meet the to the rules for construction of Sea-going Ships Engaged on Domestic Voyages (CCS 2006)。 And the host selection and drawing the effective horsepower curve, according to the stability of the check results to revise the square coefficient。 The design dimensions determine the final performance according to the verification results。
Propeller design in the use of MAU type propeller design method to calculate the parameters of the propeller, and predict the speed。 After the completion of the design and calculation of the propeller, in accordance with the method of Watercraft Principle is given in terms of calculation and drawing general chart of the propeller, in CAD draw propeller shape and the structure。
