摘要2014年1月，《企业会计准则第39号——公允价值计量》的发布使企业在运用公允价值进行计量时有了更加直接的依据。本文在阐述公允价值的定义及其在企业会计核算中应用现状的基础上，分析其对企业各方面的影响，并辅以中国人寿保险股份有限公司为例深入探讨公允价值计量对企业财务报表的影响。与此同时剖析公允价值计量在实务运用过程中暴露出的问题，并就此提出进一步完善公允价值计量理论体系、健全我国市场经济环境、加强财会人员综合素质培训等相关建议，以期有助于公允价值在实务中的更好应用。86559

Research on the Impact of Fair Value Measurement on Enterprise
Abstract In January 2014, the《CAS39——fair value measurement》was issued by Chinese Ministry of Finance officially so that the enterprises can depend on a more direct basis when using fair value measurement。 Based on the elaboration of fair value definition and the application of fair value measurement in enterprise accounting, this paper analyzes its impact on all aspects of business, supplemented by China Life Insurance Company Limited as an example to focus on the impact of fair value measurement on enterprise financial statements。 At the same time, this paper continues analyzing some problems that fair value measurement has been exposed in the practice of the process。 According to the specific problems, this paper put forward some relevant suggestions, such as further improving the theoretical system of fair value measurement, improving the environment of market economy of our country, strengthening the comprehensive quality of accounting personnel training and so on to contribute to fair value in practice the better application。
