上市公司社会责任的财务绩效评价研究

摘要随着社会环境的变化和消费者意识的提高，在高度全球化的世界经济体系中，企业在追求经营绩效的同时，已经不能将环保污染、产品品质、劳动安全等问题置之度外，企业承担社会责任已经成为企业永续经营的主要趋势和方法当今社会对关于企业社会责任的讨论越来越多，虽然新《公司法》对其做出了一些规范，但是在上市公司社会责任财务绩效评价方面，我国还存在着许多问题。本文在阐述上市公司社会责任及财务绩效相关概念的基础上，对上市公司社会责任财务绩效评价存在的问题及原因进行了分析，并提出了相关的对策和建议。86578

0 引言
