摘要科技型企业是我国推进自主创新、产业结构升级的重要力量，但科技型企业，尤其是科技型中小企业资金投入大、风险高等特点决定了其在融资方面必然面临诸多问题。本文分析了美、日两个发达国家的科技融资模式，为完善我国科技融资模式提供借鉴。本文也从企业生命周期的角度出发，帮助科技型中小企业甄选适合自身特点的融资模式。最后，本文以南京江宁开发区的科技型中小企业为对象，寻求使用度较好的融资模式，并对这类企业融资模式的发展进行展望。 86577

Research on science and technology financing modes

Abstract Technology-based enterprises play an important role in the self-innovation and industry-update of our country。 However, technology-based enterprises especially  small and medium enterprises face multiple financing challenges which are inevitable due to the large amounts of early investment and high risks。 This paper explores the United States’ and Japan’s technology financing methods to present suggestions for the development and improvement of China’s technology financing models。 Besides, this paper also helps technology-based small and medium enterprises choose suitable financing methods from the perspective of enterprise life cycle。 At last, this paper tries to find suitable financing methods for the technology-based small and medium enterprises in Nanjing Jiangning development zone, and looks forward to the future of these financing methods。
