摘要通常情况下股票发行审核制度分为两种:审核制与注册制,这两种制度体现了政府干预程度的不同。本文首先介绍股票发行审核制度的定义及类别，接着对比分析审核制与注册制的优缺点，然后介绍中国股票发行制度的历史及发展过程，分析我国实施注册制的优缺点，最后进行总结。市场机制不断完善以及法制管理慢慢成熟,未来股票发行审核制度的必然趋势是从审核制向注册制逐渐过渡。86669

    我国股票发行审核制度经历了从行政审核制到审核制的变革历程,取得了巨大成果也产生了种种现实问题。为了推动我国股票市场不断走向成熟、发行审核制度的进一步发展,就必须结合我国现实经济背景,借鉴国外先进经验,制定相应的政策来加快我国股票发行审核制度的改革进程。

Abstract  Under normal circumstances the stock issuance examination system is pided into two types: audit system and registration system, the two systems represent different degrees of government intervention。 Firstly, the definition and categories of stock issuance examination system, followed by comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages audit system and registration system, and then introduces the history and development of Chinese stock issue system, the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the registration system, and finally summarized。 And constantly improve the market mechanism and legal management mature slowly, the inevitable trend of future stock issuance examination system is a gradual transition from the audit system to a registration system。
