摘 要如今，中小企业是解决社会就业问题的核心力量。中小企业的发展为国家经济的繁荣和社会的稳定发挥着重要的作用。然而，我国中小企业的融资问题仍然没有得到任何的缓解。现阶段民间融资与中小企业的对接程度仍然较高，这给中小企业融资困难提供了很大帮助，因而扩大了中小企业的资金来源渠道。本文分别从不同的方面、立场和角度入手，对中小企业民间融资的问题，进行较深层次的探究。一方面，有利于为中小企业选择民间融资提供有利的分析，对控制民间融资的风险起到警醒作用；另一方面，通过对民间融资的研究，达到促进经济稳定发展的目标。本文将着重分析中小企业融资困难的原因，并针对规范民间融资，作出自己的研究分析并提出相应的意见和建议。86678
