摘 要：风险始终伴随着企业运营和发展的全过程，这些风险源于企业内部或外部的各种不确定性因素，并可能对企业的利益造成负面影响。中小企业由于规模相对较小，受资源的限制和宏观市场环境等因素的影响，普遍存在着不同程度的风险，同时中小企业在防范风险的过程中存在一些不足，不能有效地解决风险问题，甚至影响到企业的可持续发展。然而学术界对财务风险预警的研究理论通常偏重于规模较大的企业或上市公司，但是中小企业的实际情况毕竟不同。因此本文以中小企业为研究对象，对其财务风险的预警和防范进行研究。85555

Abstract：Risk is always accompanied by the entire procedure of operation and improvement in enterprise。 These risks come from a variety of internal or external uncertainties, probably it will affect the interests of enterprise negatively。 Because small and medium enterprise is relatively small in scale, and subjected to constrained resource and the effect of macro market environment etc。 It results in different levels of risk。 Meanwhile in the process of risk prevention of SMEs exist some disadvantages, which can not solve the risky problem effectively, even affect the sustainable development of enterprises。 However, academic researches on the financial risk early warning usually emphasis on larger companies or listed companies。This article researched the SMEs in two main aspects that is financial risk early warning and prevention。
