摘 要：纵观当今中小企业整个绩效管理发展历程，喜忧参半，可喜之处在于，中国中小企业已经开始认识到员工绩效的高低直接关系到企业发展的快慢。因此如何最大限度的发挥员工潜能，提高员工绩效已经成为当今时尚的话题，为不少中小企业人力资源管理者津津乐道。因我在淮安万达酒店实习了一段时间，在工作中发现了一些问题，故在此对本论题作了一部分研究。本文分为四个部分，第一部分对绩效管理进行系统地介绍；第二部分介绍淮安万达嘉华酒店的相关信息和酒店管理现状；第三部分根据酒店的现状，分析存在的问题；第四部分，针对酒店在员工管理方面的问题，提出个人的看法和解决建议。 85899

Abstract：It’s mingled hope and fear when we make a comprehensive survey of the development history of medium-sized and small enterprises’ performance management。 The good news is that China's small and medium enterprises have begun to realize that the level of employee performance is directly related to the pace of enterprise development。 Therefore, how to maximize the potential of employees and improve employee performance has become a fashionable topic which human resource managers indulge in。 I have been working in Huaian Wanda Realm hotel for a period of time and I find some problems in my work so I do some researches on this topic。 This paper  is pided into four parts。 The first part introduces the performance management systematically。 The second part introduces the related information and hotel management status of Huaian Wanda Realm Hotel。 The third part analyzes the existing problems according to the present situation of the hotel。 Finally, I’ll put forward some personal opinions and suggestions on the management of the hotel。
