高校固定资产管理问题分析与对策研究镇江高专为例

摘要：管理好高校固定资产有利于高校开展教学活动。随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展，高校固定资产规模急剧扩大，管理难度越来越大，传统的高校固定资产管理体制与管理手段已经不能满足日常工作需要。因此，注重高校固定资产管理，因地制宜的建立符合高校自身情况的固定资产管理方案是很有必要的。本文以镇江高专为例，分析高校固定资产管理中存在的问题，发现高校固定资产管理中存在机构设置不完善、产权不清账实不符、固定资产管理手段落后、核算机制不完善等问题，经过调研后，提出了针对这些问题的解决方法。85909

特别强调，教育既决定着人们的今天，也决定着人们的明天。基础教育体系中处于基础性、先导性地位，必须把握好定位，全面贯彻落实党的教育方针，从多方面采取措施，努力把我国基础教育越办越好。在全国范围内，我国高等教育的入学比率已经快接近了百分之四十，普通和成人高等专科学校也已经接近了2900所，与上年相比増加了28所。其中，普通高等专科学校包括独立学院在内共计2600所，而成人高等专科学校也有292所[1]。
