摘 要：随着经济的迅速发展，上市公司及企业的经营变得越来越具有挑战性。无数企业 能否熬过这样的生死之战，很大意义上取决于决策者的管理、决策和经营模式。在现代经 济情况下，经营模式必需迎合企业发自身发展的需求，企业才能屹立于不败之地。本文我 们以分析沃尔沃汽车公司财务信息质量为例，探究财务信息质量基础对企业发展和上市的 意义。沃尔沃轿车曾几度要成为美国的公司，然后保留了瑞典国籍，最后却被吉利收购， 这让我们对其财务信息质量基础更加好奇。通过对企业财务信息质量基础的综合分析，及 相关决策信息的深入披露与研究，分析财务信息分解、细化、整合和再利用的效益，使企 业管理决策体系和财务信息监管体系有机统一，证明了财务信息质量基础分析对企业未来 发展重大意义。91892

Abstract ： With the rapid development of economy, the listed company and enterprise management is having more and more challenge。 Whether the companies can survive is impossible, it  has great  significance for  managers and investors。 Volvo  cars has almost    been bought by firms in the United States, but in the end, it saved as the Swedish citizenship。 This make us more curious about the quality of financial information and the role of enterprise management decision。 Through the analysis of the comprehensive quality of enterprise financial foundation and decomposition, refinement, integration and use of financial information prompting the enterprise management decision-making system and financial information system of organic unity and complement each other。 Pointing out the direction of future development for the enterprise and Making the enterprise potential profit maximization becomes possible。
