摘 要：近些年来，农村电子商务的发展已经是社会热点话题，是农村经济转型和农业升级的重要途径，也是提高农村人口收入的有效办法。文章基于泰州市农村电子商务发展的现状和特点，提出了目前存在的四点问题，然后通过文献研究、案例分析的方法进行了深入研究。最后，文章针对现状和特点提出四点建议和对策，加大网络知识教育力度，提升电商消费意识；品牌化农村电商产品，强化示范基地培养；完善相关法律法规，统一和标准化农产品体系；培养农村电商和物流人才，促进创新发展。92484

Abstract: In recent years, the development of rural e-commerce has become a hot topic of society, which is an important way of rural economic restructuring and upgrading of agriculture, but also an effective way to improve the income of rural population。 The status quo and characteristics of e-commerce development in rural areas of Taizhou based on the proposed four problems, and then it gives a deep research through the literature research and case analysis。 In the end, the paper proposes four suggestions and countermeasures for the current situation: increasing knowledge of network education, enhance the consciousness of rural electricity consumption; brand electric products, strengthen training bases; improve relevant laws and regulations, unified and standardized training system of agricultural products; agricultural village electricity providers and logistics personnel, promote creation and development。
