摘 要：随着时代的进步，我国农村的发展正面临进一步转型。其中，作为转型的特殊产物之一的农民专业合作社，尽管正处于蓬勃发展阶段，但在发展过程中出现的财务管理和经营方面的问题日益凸显。因此，加强财务管理工作、调整经营管理模式，有助于保障社员利益，对促进合作社健康持续发展、推进农业供给侧改革有重要意义。本文通过对苏州市的一家小型农村蔬菜专业合作社的财务管理和经营模式现状的调查，将其反映出的诸多问题和不尽完善之处进行分析，并提出相关解决措施和意见，目的是为发现农村合作社财务管理瓶颈，建立更有效的内部控制和财务管理机制，提高管理层管理水平，以使之适应快速发展和管理的新要求。92565

Abstract：With progress of the times, China's rural development is facing further transformation。 Among them, farmer specialty cooperative organization, which is one of the special products of transformation, is becoming more and more prominent in financial management and operating problems in the course of development, despite its vigorous development。 Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the financial management and adjust the mode of operation to help protect the interests of the members, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the cooperatives, so as to promote the reform of the agricultural supply side。 By investigating the current financial management and operating-model situation of a small rural vegetable cooperatives in Suzhou, this paper analyses the problems and incompleteness of it and puts forward the relevant solving measures and views aimed at finding bottlenecks of rural cooperatives' financial management, establishing a more effective internal control and financial management mechanism, and improving the management level so as to adapt to the new requirements for rapid development and management。
