摘  要：近些年来，我国股份制经济发展迅速，中小型公司越来越多。随着公司的管理者、投资人和相关审计部门要求对中小型公司的财务状况以及经营成果进行全面的了解，进而导致对财务报表的分析显得尤为重要。企业财务报表呈现的数据通常都是高度概括且抽象系统的，因而财务报表的使用者必须使用正确的研究手段，才能获得和决策有关的实质性信息。本文通过对宿迁楚霸体育器械有限公司的财务报表进行分析，从而对中小型公司财务报表进行阐述。93850

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of joint-stock economy in China , more and more small and medium-sized companies exsit。With the company's managers, investors and relevant departments of the audit requirement of small and medium-sized companies in financial position and the results of a comprehensive understanding of the financial statements, which led to the analysis particularly important。 The data presented by the enterprise financial statements is usually highly abstract, therefore, all the users of the financial statements must use the correct research methods in order to obtain the substantive information related to decision。Based on the analysis of the financial statements of Suqian ChuBa sports equipment Co, Ltd。, this paper expounds the financial statements of small and medium-sized companies。
