摘要：随着计算机和网络技术的快速发展，互联网迅速崛起，金融电子化浪潮席卷全球，手机因其越来越复杂的功能已经不再是传统意义上的通讯工具，商业银行手机银行业务应运而生。随着人们对手机依赖程度的增加，手机银行已步入快速成长阶段。本文以建设银行为例，通过对建设银行手机银行业务发展现状的概述，系统解剖了建设银行手机银行发展中存在的包括安全性、技术风险以及宣传营销等问题，由此对中国建设银行一些诸如健全手机银行安全机制、扩大用户群体、增强安全保障策略、加大宣传营销力度的防范措施及对策提出建议，使中国建设银行手机银行业务能适应更多客户的需求，对提高中国建设银行整体核心竞争力具有借鉴意义。94923

Abstract: With the high-speed evolvement of computer and network technique, the rapid rise of the internet, the financial electronic wave sweeps the whole world。 Mobile phones because of its increasingly complex function is no longer in the traditional sense of the communication tools。  And E-bank business of commercial banks came into birth afterwards。 With the increase of people's dependence on mobile phones, mobile phone banks have entered a rapid growth stage。 Taking the construction bank as an example, through the overview of the development of mobile banking, the paper systematically analyzes the security, legal risk and propaganda, and puts forward suggestions to improve the security mechanism, reduce operation cost, enhance security strategy, increase publicity and marketing efforts。
