摘 要：本课题着眼于集团公司，研究重点为公司的资本结构，并佐以华住酒店集团实例，对当下集团公司的资本结构的现状加以论述和分析。如今，中国的集团公司在资本结构上逐渐显现出自身的特点，当然也显现出一些问题。例如集团公司偏好权益融资、集团公司内部留存收益不足，债务融资困难，还有债券市场发展不成熟，融资渠道不够多元化。因此，有一个合理平衡的资本结构对集团公司来说极其重要。优化集团公司的资本结构也是集团公司获得发展的一个重要途径。本文将从华住酒店集团的资本结构出发，具体计算相关指标，分析华住集团的资本结构现状，指出其存在的某些问题，结合集团公司的独特性分析这些问题出现的原因。94928
