营改增对房地产企业影响SWOT分析

摘要：财政部，国家税务总局在2016年3月发布了《关于国家全面推开营业税改征增值税试点的通知》，至2016年5月1日时，建筑业，房地产业，金融业，生活服务业四大行业也全面纳入了营改增试点范围。营改增实施的最初目的是为了避免重复征缴营业税，以此来降低企业税负。但是新的政策在具体的实施过程中，不免会存在着一些计划之外的问题，使得“营改增”这一政策并没有那么顺利的达到预期的效果，在这基础上，我们进行研究，这篇文章仅以“营改增”新实行中的房地产企业作为分析对象，在SWOT模型的基础上具体了解“营改增”措施对房地产企业带来的影响,并针对影响做出相应措施。 94929

Abstract:The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued a circular on the pilot of the state in March 2016 to witndraw from the business tax。Until May1,2016,the construction industry,the real estate industry,the financial sector,the life of the four services industry is also fully integrated into the camp changed to increase the scope of the pilot。Camp changed to increase the implementation of the original purpose is to avoid duplication of collection of business tax,reduce corporate tax burden。However, the implementation of the new policy in the specific implementation process,inevitably there are some problems,so that the camp changed to increase this policy did not achieve the desired results。 This article only in the camp changed to increase the implementation of real estate enterprises as the object of analysis。On the basis of the SWOT model ,the specific understanding of the influence of the change of the realestate business to the real estate enterprises and the corresponding measures。
