摘要随着全球化进程的加剧，我国经济社会的飞速发展，企业社会责任运动在各界掀起热潮，引起广泛的关注。本文从银行业社会责任的概念出发, 根据利益相关者的理论, 以我国商业银行从2010年至2014年度已披露的社会责任报告为研究样本，结合银行业的特点建立商业银行社会责任信息披露指数的评价指标体系。本文在实证研究的基础上提出相关的建议，在本文的撰写中，首先研究社会责任信息披露的背景、研究该课题的意义以及研究的方法介绍，然后采用实证研究的方法，通过对我国上市的16 家银行2010～ 2014 年的面板数据进行相关分析和回归分析, 研究银行社会责任与财务绩效之间的关系。本文主要通过SPSS软件对数据进行分析，然后分析得出结论，进而给出一些建议。30758

Abstract
