企业筹资风险管理与控制

摘要：公司的建立，运营与发展离不开资金这一基本要素。因此资金筹措自然就是企业得以生存和顺利发展的先决条件与奠基石。但是由于市场环境复杂，资金的使用效益难以把握，筹资渠道和方式的选择直接影响企业的筹资风险，筹资成本，以及企业效益的高低。本论文从筹资风险的相关知识入手，通过对我国中小型企业筹资风险管理与控制的现状进行分析，揭示了企业由筹资风险引起的财务风险、加大企业再筹资成本、引起债权人和股东间的代理冲突等问题及其危害性，明白筹资风险管理控制对企业有着重大意义，对筹资风险形成的内部原因和外部原因进行重点分析，并提出了目前我国筹资风险的防范措施，以更为有效地对筹资风险进行管理与控制。40996

Abstract：The company’s establishment, operation and development can not be separated from the basic elements of funds .So enterprises want to survive and develop in a great deal of companies, the nature of financing must be the prerequisite and the cornerstone .However because of the complexity of the market environment，the effectiveness of using funds is difficult to hold，financing channels and the choice directly make impact on corporate financing risks， financing costs，and the level of enterprise efficiency，The purpose of this paper is that. From the theory about financing risks，understand our country small and medium- sized enterprise financing present situation of risk management and control， introduce some problems that are caused by the financing risk of enterprise financial risk， such as increasing enterprise refinancing， causing agency’s contradictions between shareholders and creditors and its harmfulness，and so on. understand financing risk management and control has a deep significant for enterprise，make key point to analyze on the financing risk of the formation of internal causes and external causes，understand the current funding risk prevention measures of our country，do more effective methods to control and manage financing risks for small and medium- sized companies
