摘要追逐利益是企业持续进行生产经营的主要驱动因素，是企业发展的前提基础，也是企业达到财务目标的主要渠道。本文以财务管理中的杜邦分析体系为理论基础，分析自来水生产行业上市公司——江苏江南水务股份有限公司从2012到2015年的年报数据，从该年报中选取本文所需的相关数据，全面分析该企业的盈利状况，分别从上市公司的盈利能力、与企业生产经营效益及财务相关的盈利能力、与资产资本经营能力相关的盈利能力等方面进行探究、分析。其次，本文经过实证评估了江南水务的财务数据杜邦分析模型，将净资产收益率作为重要依据，对江南水务的资产收益情况进行分析，并且比较同行业上市公司的杜邦模型，以此衡量该企业在自来水产业行业上的水平，准确估量企业价值。最后，根据以上的财务数据分析，找出该企业在盈利能力上的缺陷，针对缺陷提出改善的措施及建议。46214

ABSTRACT Profit is the source of power companies engaged in production and business activities, a company is the basis and premise of the growth of the company, is an important way to achieve financial goals. The financial management of Du Pont analysis system as the theoretical basis, analysis water production industry listed companies of Jiangsu Jiangnan Water Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2015 years of annual data and from the annual financial statements extract needed financial data, systematic research on the profitability of the company, including to the profitability of the operating results and financial condition of research, on and related to the profitability of the assets capital operation capability research, on the profitability of listed companies research. Secondly, this paper through empirical evaluation of the Jiangnan Water DuPont Model, select net assets income rate as the key indicators, return on net assets rate of decomposition analysis, and other financial indicators of listed companies and the DuPont model are compared and analyzed, through the use of tap water production and the industry average come out the company's position in the industry, the company to determine the value. Finally, according to the analysis of the financial data above, the reasons for the lack of profitability, puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
