摘要：财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分之一，对于改善企业管理，提高经济效率起着重要的作用，关系着企业未来生存与发展。本文将以上海宝研公司为例，讨论其财务管理模式落后、目标不明确、机制不够健全，财务控制力差、财务人员水平低下等内容，并提出提高公司管理者的财务管理意识、树立正确的财务管理目标、建立完善的财务管理制度、强化资金管理，加强财务控制、注重财务人员的培养等对策来解决以上现状，期望对现代企业完善财务管理提供借鉴。47148
