摘 要：EVA是20世纪90年代发展起来的一种新的企业绩效评价指标，1982年，由美国思腾思特公司提出。目前，在许多市场发达的国家，已有越来越多的企业采用EVA财务管理系统来评价企业业绩，并取得了一定成效。本文探讨了业绩评价指标(EVA)评价方法的内涵，评价方法的特点，EVA评价方法在各领域的应用及应用过程中存在的问题，和EVA业绩评价的改进对策及前景展望。本文采用单一模型法和案例分析法，从EVA的基本定义入手，对EVA的定义模型进行分解，调整计算，该分解结果阐明了涉及调整的要素。55275

Abstract: EVA is developed in the 1990s a new performance evaluation index,In1982,put forward by Stern Stewart ,companies in the United States.At present,the market in many developed countries,more and more enterprises adopt EVA financial management system to evaluate enterprise performance,and achieved some results.This paper discussed the performance evaluation indicators(EVA) the connotation of evaluation methods,evaluation methods,the characteristics of EVA evaluation method and application in every field of the problems existing in the process,and improvement measyres of EVA perfermance evaluation and prospect.The single model is adopted in this article,from the basic definition of EVA model to decompose,adjusted,the decomposition results illustrate the adjustment factors.This paper also adopts the case analysis to application of the results of the study,the process reflects the specific combination of normative research and case studies.

1 引言
1.1 EVA业绩评价方法的含义
