摘 要：一种合理的企业价值评估方法可以帮助管理者了解企业现状，帮助投资者进行投资分析。自由现金流量法作为一种不断发展和完善的价值评估方法，真实反映企业可供分配的最大金额，帮助企业实现价值最大化的目标。本文以自由现金流量在三全食品股份有限公司中的运用为例，首先采用比例预测的方法，评估该企业的价值，并且比较评估结果与市场预期，论证该方法在实践中的可行性，最后指出自由现金流量估价法在实际运用中存在的问题，提出改进建议，促使其他企业使用该方法评估企业价值。56761

Abstract: A reasonable estimating method of enterprise value can assist managers in understanding present status of enterprises and investors in investment analysis. As a constant developing and optimizing method of enterprise value estimation, the method of free cash flow can reflect correctly the available amount of money of an enterprise and help to accomplish the goal of maximum of enterprise value. This article takes the application of the method of free cash flow in SANQUAN FOODS CO. ,LTD for example, uses the method of proportional prediction to estimate the enterprise value, then compares the results with the market expectations to proof the practicality of the method, finally points out the problems of the method in practical situations, proposes improvement suggestion, and prompts other enterprises to use the method of free cash flow in enterprise value estimation.
