摘　要：随着计算机网络技术的广泛运用，电子商务迅速崛起，在当今的商业贸易中占有的分量越来越重，企业的生产经营各个环节也随之发生着巨大的变化。在电子商务环境下，传统的财务管理方法已经无法满足现代企业的管理要求，甚至变成了企业发展的阻力之一。为顺应经济的发展，企业必须基于电子商务平台构建新型的财务管理模式。本文以亚马逊为例，围绕电子商务环境下财务管理呈现的新特点、存在的不足及改进措施进行分析，以丰富和完善企业财务管理系统，帮助企业适应时代并且更好更长久的发展。56931

Abstract: With the application of computer network technology, the rapid development of e-commerce, business and trade in today's increasingly heavy weight in the possession.
